My mom makes this pasta dish that is sooooo good! I'll get the exact recipe for you but it's basically:
Penne fresh spinach asiago cheese grape tomatoes and I believe the dressing is olive oil. It can be eaten hot or cold and it's delicious. I'll get the exact recipe for you.

12 ounces bow ties 2 tblsp olive oil 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 10 ounce bag fresh spinach, torn 1 1/2 asiago cheese, grated or shredded 1/2 parmesan cheese, grated
Combine oil, salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl. Add cooked, hot pasta and spinach; toss gently (spinach will wilt). Sprinkle with cheeses, toss gently, and serve immediately. Makes 4-6 servings.
*I think it serves more because we always use it as a side dish. *The recipe calls for sun-dried tomatoes, which have been prepared by combining boiling water and sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl, and let stand for 25 minutes, drain and chop and add to the oil, salt, etc combo. I don't like s.d tomatoes, but I have added grape tomatoes sliced in half, looks nice with the spinach and pasta. *It is also delicious chilled.
