I used to make PB&J on light white bread. I believe the bread was 1 point for 2 slices, 1 tbsp of peanut butter was 2 points and 1 tbsp of jelly was 1 point. 4 points total for the sandwich.

There's something called (I believe) PB2. I've never used it yet, but my WW leader would talk about it. I think you can get it online!

PB2 is also available at Trader Joe's, but I've gotta have the real thing..and not on crackers...I would go for the light bread and pb with some jelly (Sugar free jelly is free, so you can do away with one point there)..you can also wait for the PB to warm and only use a teaspoon (1 pt)...enjoy!!

I do the same, but I've been using Arnold Bakery Light 7 Grain bread (2 slices, 1 point).

It's better than peanut butter.
I agree I like the real thing, it's just healthier.
For a while I was ADDICTED to 1 slice of ezekiel toast (1 pt), 1 Tbsp of Almond butter (2.5 pts) and 1 Tbsp of jelly (1 pt) and just counting it.
