no other than Jay NOficoro! she is the best! she is sweet and knows her stuff. she sold my house, i think she has a good aura that follows her... sounds silly i know, but my entire family used her and she sold and found houses for everyone!!
516-799-5074 exit realty located in the king kullen shopping center across from the high school...
good luck!!
(tell her Rachel sent you, should you choose her)

Re: real estate agents in massapequa?
We adore Sherry Prinzo from Prudential Douglas Elliman on Merrick Road in Massapequa. Right near Park Blvd. She isn't like a used-car salesman like most of the other REAs we encountered.
We used her, as did my parents and close friends. THey got a lot of exclusives too.
Sherry has lived in Massapequa with her DH and DD for years.
