Fitness Videos on iO Cable
Hi,
Can somebody tell me where to find fitness videos on iO? remember seeing them a while ago but now I can't find them on demand...

I tried looking yesterday because the commerical said they had them and I couldn't find them either

It took some playing around but I found them:
On the IO On Demand screen,
scroll down to Free On Demand
then scroll down to Home & Leisure
then scroll down to Mag Rack
from there, you can select Fitness & Yoga and that will bring you to several free fitness video's

There are some, but nothing like there were a couple of years ago! It's just a really small section on Mag Rack now.
A couple of years ago I was addicted to the kickboxing video on there. I miss it!

I know, i used to love one of the ab workouts and a couple lower body ones, i miss them too!
I just started doing the ultimate abs one, its pretty good.
