Mortgage question
Did anyone use AMERISAVE for your mortgage? The rate is the lowest i have seen.. it's 4.375 as of today. That is low!! anyone hear or know anythin of the lender. Thank you...

Get a good faith estimate and see what their fees are.
I have used mom and pop mortgage brokers before that advertised low rates. There were some fees in their GFE, but the fees were low enough to justify the great rate I got.
I'd say check them out.
