Please make the idiots go away
I feel like I am on the Monster.com commercial I work with Monkeys. Actually Jack@$$es.
I am the one who is receiving the orders for our success DVD. I am fulfilling the orders. Why do I not have a key to where the DVD's are stored? Why does the COO, his assistant, the network administrator and the call center manager all have keys to this room except me who is doing everything 
My title is customer service supervisor. I am resposible for 5 people under me, handling all complaints, processing orders, cancellations and basic CS duties. Why oh why am I now working on compliance forms that we have to sign off on and send to the state of FL. Oh yes because the Compliance Manager who sits in a very lovely office with views of the parking lot is extremely busy and I just dont have enough work to do.
My favorite: Did you not think people would really take you seriously when you offered the contest and then want to redeem their prizes for 3 days 2 nights they pick the city and we pay for their 4 star hotel. (It was a points contest and everyone is a winner. If you have minimum 20 points you get a 3 day 2 night stay at a 4 star hotel. Tell us the dates and city and we provide the hotel)
And yes a 4 star hotel in Manhattan does cost $500 for 2 nights on a weekend. And no I can not get it lower. I dont know why a 4 star in El Paso Texas is 200 dollars less then a 4 star in Las Vegas.
And no I can not grab that call that is waiting for 30 minutes because I am doing the points, doing compliance, doing cancellations, handling both CS and booking emails, handling complaints, getting authorization for a credit card, typing a memo, typing a fax, and making documentation in someone's account. And yes all at the same time.
I am surrounded by idiots 
Dont even get me started on the customers that call in. You'll have a novel...
Thanks for letting me vent. It's been a very abusive day

Actually yes to the employees. We got free shirts. But not just any shirts. Free shirts with the company's name and the old logo on it  A marketing person's nightmare
