question about IUI and AF

let's just say I got my Smiley on a saturday morning. I had an IUI on a sunday morning. That means AF is due on a ______________




i'm just trying to figure out how many DPO i am and when AF would be due

i cant really answer your exact question but my dr tells me to come back 2 weeks after the iui for a pregnancy test, and then 2 days later i have gotten my period

Everyone's cycle is different from month to month. I did 5 unmedicated IUI cycles and they ranged from 26-31 days. The only way I knew AF was coming for sure was when my temperature dropped. My RE has me temp and chart and it was a very useful tool for me. Sadly, it also told me when I was miscarrying.

I never went for betas unless I had a positive on an HPT at home. If I got AF, I made an appointment for a sonogram on day 10 or 11 regardless of potential OPK results and we went from there with scheduled (and mostly back to back IUIs).

My cycles were (are) so unpredicatable so I had NO clue when AF would show up after the IUI if I wasn't pregnant. However, I did get pregnant with my 1st IUI (unmedicated) and I could NOT hold out in the 2WW. I tested at 9DPIUI and got a BFN and then I tested again at 10DPIUI and got my BFP! Good luck........hope you get some good news!!!
