And.....
here comes the headache. 
I didn't have my coffee today. trying to ween myself down to 1 or 2 cups a week.
please pray i can kick the habit!!

drink lots of water...it will help the headache. (just don't drink cold water qucikly )

I had a headache for 2 weeks straight when I kicked the caffeine. Didn't realize it though until much later that it was the caffeine.
It's worth it. I am now caffeine free!
