Women's Health

I just wanted to share this with everyone in case you didn't know.

Women's Health Magazine actually has a free site that's basically the same as the regular magazine (I used to have a subscription). The address is
http://www.womenshealthmag.com/.

It has a TON of suggestions for exercise routines, eating tips, etc. It's only a few weeks behind the printed magazine. I've learned so much from reading some of those articles and I get daily emails in my inbox with interesting stuff. I think you can also create custom exercise routines and print them and they usually have some kind of multi-week fitness challenge that includes workouts and sample menus.

ETA that this totally sounds like an advertisement for Women's Health but I SWEAR I don't work there. I just love reading about nutrition. If you drive home from work around 5, you can also listen to Kiss FM and John Tesh has a million suggestions too!

Re: Women's Health

Thanks! I like reading about nutrition too...learning about different veggies that are super healthy, stuff like that. I'm gong to try swiss chard next week, because I read that it is quite healthy and good when sauteed with garlic Chat Icon
