Hiring a kid to paint a shed-how much?
We have teenager in the neighborhood who we are going to pay to paint our shed. He does odds and ends in the summer to make extra cash.
It's wood and not huge.
How much is reasonable?

Okay-we were think $100, so we wouldn't be considered cheap if we offered $50-$75 or so.

Yeah, I'd think you'd be fine. I'd paint a small shed for 50-75 easy!

i think 50.00-75.00
are all the sides easily reachable? will he need to climb a ladder? trim work?
if nothing difficult, 50.00, if some difficulties, 75.00...
btw - my husband painted our shed in about 3 hours so i wouldn't do more than that. just have the proper tools for him.

I'd pay $100 or do it ourselves. I don't know, $50 seems kind of low for being out in the sun painting for a few hours, making sure you don't get paint on the grass, cutting edges, etc...
