aerobic, fitness testing etc
...so.. Im thinking I need to get tested for fitness levels etc (if that makes any sense).
Im tired of working out and being sick, it is such a deterent for losing the weight. I now dread going to the gym.
It doesnt take much for my HR to hit 100% even at 3.5 on the tmill im out of breath and passing out. Im busting my @$$ and not losing weight and ending up with a splitting headache and throwing up.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a sports medicine type facility that tests for heart rate variability to work in effective HR or a stress test or a VO2 monitoring type test (just was reading on that)
HELP?? please.

Why dont you just go get a physical from your DR. Get some blood work done and he/she can dicuss heart rates- blood pressure. This is what I did, got blood work done and had EKG for heart health and we discussed what my heart rate shld be for my size - age and level of fitness.

Thanks for your reply.
In the past when it hapened. I did go to the doc who said he had no idea at all why this was happening he did blood work and called to say everything was ok. so he has no clue why. I even went to the Cardiologist who said my ekg and heart sono, blood pressure etc was perfect.
Im so bummed.....
eta that none of these doctors mentioned or even discussed heart rate or blood pressure with me.
