Is there a website that I can go to that lists the banks and the current rates they are offering instead of going to each and every one?

Thanks, I did and they don't list the majors like citibank, wells fargo, etc.

if you get a mortgage broker and they have the time they can shop around for you to get u the lowest rate

i mean if they have time before your contract is up and before your closing....
