Anyone take cooking classes? I want to sign up into a good one, but not sure where to look.

Re: cooking classes
We did one in the city once with DH's work (he won it as a reward) at the Institute of Culinary Education. It was awesome.
They have them at Viking in Garden City. They are supposed to be really good.

Re: cooking classes
There is also a place in Lynbrook. I totally forget the name but I heard it was a good place!

Re: cooking classes
NYIT has great classes. They have a culinary school, but they also have continuing education classes as well. Definitely check them out!

Re: cooking classes
I've looked into (and plan on one day) taking classes through the International Culinary Center. Both the French Culinary Institute and Italian Culinary Academy are under them. They are amazing but pricey.
Good luck.
ETA: Both schools offer 'amateur' cooking classes (culinary, pastry, etc.).
