Does anyone have a T3 hairdryer?

I am in dire need of a new dryer. Mine is held together by duct tape currently...Chat Icon

I was thinking of an Elchim (sp?) since it is so highly raved about here. But I have a GC to sephora, so it would be great if I could use that. The only brand they carry is T3.

Does anyone have a T3 dryer, and how do you like it? I have a lot of fine hair that is wavy and I like to use a round brush to curl my ends inward (I have a short bob haircut).

Re: Does anyone have a T3 hairdryer?

I had one...

Once I heard all the raves about the Elchim I switched to the Elchim and gave the T3 to my little sister.

It DEFINITELY dries my hair faster!

So I vote Elchim over T3.

If you have a significant GC to Sephora - how about trying the Clarisonic?

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe the Clarisonic is the new machine for your face - I'm DYING to get this!!!

I also think the Elchim is half the price of the T3 so maybe go out of pocket for the Elchim and then use your giftcard for something else at Sephora?

The Clarisonic is a face thing... not a hair dryer. The T3 is expensive so I'm assuming you have a significant GC there...

Link to product.

I'm only suggesting it b/c I thought the T3 was a waste.

Oh, okay. Gotcha! I think I"m going to go with the Elchim because it is $64 from Overstock.com

And I guess I'll just have to blow the rest of my giftcard on makeup...

Although I will check out the clairsonic because it sounds interesting!

Okay WOW! 400 reviews and they are mostly 5 stars? I'm intrigued. It is $$$ though.

This is why I want it so bad!! lol. I hear it's really great. Of course, the $$$ thing is why I don't actually own it yet. Chat Icon

I just got one about a month ago. I don't notice much of a difference to tell you the truth.

I bought one of the Elchims and I don't see what the big deal is. Chat Icon The only difference I noticed was that my wallet is a little lighter. Chat Icon

Re: Does anyone have a T3 hairdryer?

In the mid 90's, I started using the Supersolano and I loved it. It was a powerful blowdryer back then and I was convinced it is all I would ever need. Since then, 13 years later, I still feel this way. I have replaced it (with other supersolanos) only 2 times- no joke!.

I tried the T3 (because everyone was raving) and I didn't get the hype. I hated where the control buttons sit.. I kept accidentally turning it off. It was so annoying. Anyway, I think the T3 is more powerful than the old conair 1800 watt type models or what they offer in the local gym, but not more powerful or better than the supersolano or elchim. just my .02.

I didn't see a huge differene with the T3. It also broke a year after having it.
