Blood Test

Hey. I'm going to my first RE appt tomorrow and I'm so excited. But...I'm anywhere between 5 -7 dpo. Now, I don't "feel" pg, but I know a regular test wouldn't show if I was or not yet anyway. Do you think the RE would give me a blood test? And if so, how soon can BW detect pregnancy?

Are you going for a consultation?

They will most likely not take blood from you b/c there really isn't anything that will show up.

A blood test is more accurate more closer to when your period is due so if you are only 7dpo......its way too early for a blood test to detect it or not.

They will probably wait for you to get your period this month (or next)........to start any blood work and sonos on you.

Hopefully for you, you wont' have to call them.
