3 weeks! Should I email?

I went on a final round interview 3 weeks ago today. She said we'd hear back in 2-3 weeks, but she said it would only be 2 weeks. I've kept in touch with some of the other people on the interview (It was a huge all day group thing), and no one has heard back so far. Should I email the company, or should I just keep waiting patiently? TIA

if no one has heard- then I would wait till the end of the week

they are very slow

when does the training program start?- June?

I would keep in touch with the other people and wait

they are very slow - they might still be trying to figure out how many people they can take- the evalutions from the all day interview take time to complie

I am one of the only people who got in the training program with out having to do that- otherwise I don't think they would have picked me-

I interviewed with a retail company for a corporate position with 12 other people. We interviewed in January ( this was back in 2002 ) and they offered me the job in June!!! They told us two weeks. I hope you hear back much sooner then I did. Needless to say I turned down the job!
