Weeds....
what can i use on weeds growing up through a rock/loose stone patio/play ground area????

50% vinegar, 50% water, and a tiny shot of liquid soap.... Works very well, and it's good for the environment.... and it's some of the cheapest stuff you can get....

Ditto. You will have better results too if you rip up the weed and as much of the roots as you can get. Dandelions especially have a huge taproot - I pulled one up last week that had a 10 inch root! I sprayed the empty holes with vinegar/water.

I use straight vinegar. Best way to do it is on a sunny day early in the day.
