today is paper recycle day. we put a good amount of mostly cut cardboard boxes out last night. i got out of the shower this morning and saw a black car in the court and a man with a bright ss blue shirt rummaging through the recyclable pile. thought it was odd but figured maybe he needed boxes.
he grabbed a sheet of cardboard (was a side of a big box) and instead of loading into his car he walked across the court and threw it over the neighbors fence into the woods.
about a half hour later the garage men came and low and behold a man (driver) with a bright blue ss shirt jumped out of the truck to help the other guys load the recyclables.
i cannot be 100% positive it was the same man but the bright blue shirt is pretty coincidental.
would you just remove the discarded item for the neighbor's woods and place out again and move on with your day or would call the town?
i am totally baffled as to why someone would do this.

Re: WWYD
I'd leave it there and see what if he comes back for it. (first, check that there is no address/personal information on it) Maybe he's gathering up cardboard for garage sale signs or something?

Re: WWYD
i thought the SAME thing about the address label. i feel bad about it being discarded onto the neighbors property so i am going to get it later and put at the curb again.
