Buyers RE Agent

If you are interested in a house or many houses, how long does it take for your agent to set up a showing?

Does your REA give you a lot of feedback on houses or only if you ask him specific questions?

Re: Buyers RE Agent

my re usually gets us in within a few days. depending on when the house came out and whether they need time to show it. but we get in right away... he usually says how he feels about the house based on what we are looking for... Chat Icon good luck! where r u looking?

Re: Buyers RE Agent

We were only able to look at houses on the weekend but we always saw everything we wanted quickly. We once requested to see a house on a Friday night and our broker got us in there the next day.

He would give his opinion on some things or if we asked. He didn't say too much but really mostly only showed us houses he thought we would really like.

Re: Buyers RE Agent

We are actually looking upstate. I feel like nice houses up here are selling like hotcakes and we have to move fast with seeing them

Usually if I ask let's say on Tuesday, he can arrange it for Friday. I just wanted to see if this is normal. (My dad thinks we should be getting faster turn around.) We usually see more than one house at a time so I think it takes longer to coordinate the times.

We do however want to see a house that is being billed as a quick sale and he was like I could arrange for it next Monday and that just seemed like too far away and the house is gorgeous!
