I left LIW shortly after my wedding (August 04). I came to LIF when I found out I was pregnant (August 05).

When the site started- I had also been married a few months at that point and was sort of "outgrowing" all the wedding related talk.

I joined once I was done with wedding stuff!! I couldn't take it anymore and I had nothing to really offer them because prices change and so do the places!! But I still go over once and awhile but mainly stay here!!

It took me quite a while because I thought the site was going to be all about motherhood, kids and being pregnant etc. And also becuase the boards moved so slow in the beginning, I didn't have patience for it.

Pretty much as soon as LIF was up & running. I was married almost 3 years by then, so it made sense.

I am not TOTALLY on this site. I still visit LIW from time to time, but it is extremely slow, so I find myself here more often! Once in a while I check in to see if anyone needs my expert help! he he he!
