I've used it on ribs and in burgers. It kinda looks like Worchestshire (sp??) sauce, but smells smoky and salty at the same time. It adds a nice flavor to meat.

I've used it on ribs. It adds flavor. If you like the "smokey" taste then I say get it. I personally don't like anything smoked so I did not like it.

I always keep a bottle in my fridge, I bring it back to the UK with me. Its just a liquid that tastes of smoke. Its very good, and you only have to use a teensy tiny drop. Its great in briskets, marinades....

I usually use smoked paprika when I want a smoky flavor... it's also very potent... an 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon is more than enough for fajitas.

(it's usually found either in a hispanic store or the latin or spice isle of a well-stocked grocery store in a small tin)

It's usually in the condiments isle os the supermarket near BBQ sauce, marinades, vinegars, etc....
