Is your AF shorter now that you exercise?
My periods always lasted 7-10 days and that includes any really light spotting. When I was on BCP it was about 5 days. Now that I have been going to the gym regularly since Feb. My AF last me a total of 4 days and it is really only 1 day of a medium flow, not even heavy. I am certainly not complaining but thought this was interesting. Has this happened to anyone else?

That's interesting, I wonder if it's related to exercising. I haven't had the same thing, but, my periods have been much more regular (almost every month as opposed to a few times a year) now that I run a lot, and I think it has something to do with it (I also think losing a few lbs. helped for me). I am wondering how long this effect will last.

YES. I have mine for about 72hrs. I have no cramps no soar breast no back pain when Im working out regularly. In the past when I had a different life style (not as healthy) I had all the above and had my period for over 4 days. Exercise has so many benefits.. This is one of them. Keep up the good work.

You know what, I never made the connection but it makes sense. My period used to be a full week then I started taking the pill and it went down to 5 days. Now it's 1 day of medium flow and spotting a couple of days before and after. I have been working out 5 days a week for a little over a year so I think you may be right.
