waxing TMI
Has anyone gone for a bikini wax with AF?
I don't think I could ever do it BUT I have to go SO BAD and due to some craziness going on right now, AF has been around for way too long and I feel like I can never go.
Do people actually still go??

Hmm, good question. I honestly don't know if I've ever gotten a wax while on my period! I use tampons only, so I guess if you have your period but use a tampon, it's all good, right? I mean, I don't get completely nakey when I get a bikini wax - I leave my undies on and they move them around as needed, so it's not even like they'd KNOW you had your period.

I have and I only use tampons as well. I also have been going to my waxing lady for years!! I would not worry to much about it. I would just freshen up before you go and use a tampon!

No I would never.
If you're really desperate - I'd just shave this month and go back to waxing in a couple of weeks.
I'd just feel really awkward - TMI part here - what if while they were moving the panties around they accidentally grabbed the string or something?  I'd be so tense the entire time and I'd be in a lot of pain and end up with a lot of ingrowns.

for a regular bikini you should be fine....brazilian i wouldnt do though 
i would just be worried about being extra sensitive - i am extra sensitive down there when i have AF

I would go - just don't go all the way & get the basic with more of a landing strip.

I am going to call her later and see what she says - she is crazy and will tell me to come in and get a full brazilian i know LOL but i will just get a regular.
