Boardwalk in Suffolk?
I absolutely love to workout by the beach. When I lived in Nassau I used to love to go to the boardwalk at Long Beach. Anything like that in Suffolk? There is a path at Cedar Beach but it is so short. Any ideas?

There is a boardwalk at Sunken Meadow but nothing beats the Long Beach (or Jones Beach) boardwalks IMO.
You can also try West Meadow Beach in SB. It's not a boardwalk but there is a stretch of sidewalk that you can go back and forth on. Another sort of nice run would be to go through SB village, past the pond and by the beach and back.

Robert Moses has them but obviously, they break up between the fields. Have you gone to hekscher park? They don't have a BW but they have a lot of other paths.

there's the boardwalk frm robert moses to the fire island lighthouse - but you can't see the water from it really
sunken meadow is only 3/4m I think - but they have some great trails and kicka$$ hills
I just did a 5mile race at heckscher park and it was wonderful and flat
