Question about cramping
Yesterday my stomach was cramping sooo badly. I would have been due for AF, so my mom said it is most likely from that. It doesn't hurt so bad today, just a tiny bit.
Is this normal? Is it because I would have gotten AF yesterday? Not that I don't trust my mom, but I thought I'd ask the experts

i know some cramping is normal b/c the uterus is growing.
my cramping has pretty much stopped.
i have no idea what is normal and what isn't.
