Anyone here have sciatica?
I went to the dr. 3 weeks ago and I still hurt! My house is messy, so, of course im trying to clean and it hurts like he l l~
Im so tired and frusturated with it! Does it get better? Ever?
Im going to make an appt. with a "back dr" hopefully this week and see what they say!
I dont think there's anything I can do to help it.
I do the exercises, I sleep with a pillow between my legs, UUGGHH..Oh the heating pads too.
How do you "get rid of it"? I don't think you can, but, any suggestions would be great!
I can't take aleve, advil any of those due to complications! Im tired of being "Stuck"~

Dh has it.
My dad had it and swears a chiropractor cured it!

Lying flat on the floor with your legs up resting on a chair at like a 90 degree angle helps take the pressure off- try doing it a few times a day if you can...hope you feel better!

We just got an inversion table - one of those ones where you can hang completely upside down.
I do it once or twice a day and my back and hips have never felt better.

Mine has come and gone over the years.
Actually, I hadn't had a flareup in years until recently. Back in 2001 I was dating a doctor of Chinese medicine and he gave me accupuncture and it went away for 5 years.
