Another WW question...
So.. I have a set number of points a day.. plus the 35 weekly points...
Does it really hurt weight loss if I do not use all my points every day? Sometimes, I just do not eat enough!!! I am trying to make really healthy choices and the foods I have been eating are low in points... is this a problem? I was thinking of trying to make it up with a glass of wine here and there!!!
And what is with activity points? You earn them one day, and you ahve to use them that day? explain....

The main reason I do my very best to eat all of my daily points is because I know as I loose weight my alloted points will go down. If i'm already eating less points, I would assume i'd get stuck when my alloted points drop down to what I'm actually eating now.
Does that even make sense? Cause it does in my head..lol

Yes sure does and any meeting will tell you to use up all your points.
heck I lost a point and that killed me
