New to this Board!
Hi everyone, my friend just turned me onto this site do i'm hoping we can all help eachother out!!
My name is stephanie and i'm 23 yrs old DH is 24 we have been ttc for 2yrs now and its been so hard i mean where so young and this is supposed to be so easy right? I've been diagnosed with PCOS.
We spend most our adolescent life trying to not get pregnant only to find out we couldnt have gotten pg the entire time! lol it sux
So anyway i'm starting my first IVF cycle (after 3 unsuccessful iui cycles) this week I am on my 4th day of Lupron and BCP , the lupron is awful but its going by quick so hopefully it'll end soon, its really just the hot flashes and constant sweating I fell disgusting all
the time, how do you all deal with that part especially at work? I am excited to start the stimm drugs Gonalf and menopur and a little nervouse about getting overstimulated so we'll see what happens.
I'm just praying so much we get a healthy baby out of this , its so expensive but worth it DEF so only time will tell right .. this will be my like 20,000 dollar baby so i keep hoping.
I;m glad all you girls are going through the same thing (well no glad I wish noone had to be here ) but atleast I know ther are others like me out there.
My Dr is Dr Scholl at northshore does anyone also see him? if so what do you think, so far i think the practice is nice and all the baby pics are making me hope one day i'll have one or maybe two up there too !!

Welcome! 
I tried to just keep windows open or very cold water with me at work to help with the hot flashes.

Welcome to the board, i'm sorry you are here. No advice for you with the Luron, but I do get hot flashes from the prednisine i'm on and it is very uncomfortable, I feel your pain. I just try to step out for some fresh air when I can. Good luck!

Good luck to you! I was on Lupron as well and hated it, once I started adding the stim meds in, I felt so much better.
Hope your first IVF gives you a BFP!
