anyone hear that dh has

an infection in the prostate? DR B just called and said DH's SA just came back excellent but there were white and red blood cells showing which meant that there was a mild infection in the prostate. He has to go on Cipro for a while to get it to go away and that he has seen people ttc for 5 years and then they take antibiotics and get pregnant.
my questions are:
~have you heard this/dealt with this? ~what causes this?
~how long has he most likely had this? ~will this lead to prostate cancer?
~is this common?

was your husband sick within the last 6 weeks?

That happened to us too, he had white cells in his blood, the embrologist asked if he was sick within the last 6 weeks( before he gave a sample) he was.
Basically it was still in his system

no. he hasnt been sick ... dr braverman called this morning to tell us and i didnt get to ask him the questions; i was so taken back; just listened and then when i hung up i wanted to ask him so i called back and left a message for him to call me. he hasn t called back yet. so im still waiting.
