Need some help from my nike+ girls

I ran this morning (go Flying Pacers! ), but my ipod/nike+ is all screwed up. I ran to the park with the kids and ended the workout. I started a new workout for the run home, but my ipod froze and I lost that run. When I got home I did the center button/Menu to reset it, which unfroze it, but now it's taking a really long time to get into the nike+. It keeps saying Loading...

Oh and here is what my run looks like when I synced it. I think something is wrong. I don't run at that even of a pace!

Is there another way to reset my ipod? Last night I erased my whole ipod and started fresh. Is there a way to format it or something? I'm kind of an ipod dummy!

did you rest it? hold menu and the center button down until you see the apple.

I try to do this before every run, b/c I have lost quite a few runs when I don't.


I will say that I have never seen a graph like that - it's pretty cool - maybe post it on the nike+ forum

Oh man that stinks!!!!! I know how terrible it is to lose runs!!! So annoying

I have never had that problem before. I agree with Erica maybe just resetting it will fix it!

DH restored my ipod through itunes, not just the menu/center reset so hopefully I won't have problems anymore! Isn't that the weirdest graph?
