I LOVE Rhododendron
Here's a pic in case you aren't sure what they are. They are small at first but they will grow fairly large Image Attachment(s):

I have two peonies. Last year they never bloomed. This year 1 of them has 2 buds on it and the other has none. When do they usually bloom? Thanks. Scott

If you bought them young it can take 3-5 years to fully mature and bloom.
They get better as they age.
If you planted them too deep they also will not bloom.

I love peonies! I wanted them for wedding my bo-k but I got married in August and it was out of season. What do you mean by a cage?

since I had a peony bouquet, it's obvious our anniversary is coming up soon! (june 9th)
it's a metal cage sort of like a tomato cage, but wider and lower... if you ask someone in a reputable garden center, they would know.
our peonies are probably 20 years old. they bloom I believe in late june... we get about 20 flowers on them ours is even more outrageous than the pic I just posted
They like part-sun, good soil, a reasonable amount of space, and to be left alone once established....
