Today I started week 2 and was my 2nd meeting. I can see myself skipping in the future, especially since I have to bring my DS with me. I do think they can be helpful, its at least 45 minutes that I am not eating!

before i was lifetime, i went 1x per week.
now i go 1x per month to maintain my lifetime status.

Ditto this. Except I try to attend meetings every week but I only weigh in the first weekend of the month.
It's been found that people who attend meetings lose 3 times as much weight as those who don't so I highly recommend it!
