How can people DO this?

Very sad - pit bull

The person who did this should have the same thing done to them. What kind of person actually has the foresight to do this to an animal?

I don't understand what a person is thinking when they harm an animal like this.
You have got to be really sick/numb to inflict pain on a animal....

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: It sickens me to think that these animals look to us for love and protection, and some get treated this way.

When I was in NY visiting in March, I heard a similar story about 2 boys who broke into an apartment and set the tenant's cat on fire. I was driving on the LIE and was literally SOBBING because it pained me to think of what that poor animal suffered through.

My only comfort (and I'm not a very religious person) is that this person, along with all the others, will eventually get what's coming to them.

I knew this would be painful to read but too many people just turn their heads to animal cruelty. I had to read it.

It makes me sick to hear stories like this and I truly hope the ba$tard that did this burns in hell.

Prayers for little Phoenix. I pray that she recovers from this horrible ordeal and finds a loving home. And I pray they catch the SOB that did this to her. May he rot in jail for a long, long time.

I am sick.. This was just too much for me.. I think I could kill the person who did this and not feel one bit of remorse.
