Sandals Bahamas
Anyone been? My DH won a trip for 4 days 3 night to a Sandals and we are thinking of going to the Bahamas since it is close and we can get a nonstop flight there. We've already been to Jamiaca twice which is why we aren't looking at any of those.
How is it? Food? Location? etc. Any help woudl be great.

Re: Sandals Bahamas
We went on our honeymoon there. I loved it. I have been to the Bahamas a few times and I loved it everytime. Great resort, great food, lots of yummy food, different theme partys every night, and a private island that a boat leaves every hour to take you to.

Re: Sandals Bahamas
Great resort! We got engaged there! Nice & close, beautiful, great restaurants and beach. And they just redid one side of the resort a few years ago.
Congrats on the win and enjoy!
We're going to the Jamaica one next month....can't wait, love Sandals!

Re: Sandals Bahamas
We went on our HM there in March 2007. It was a dream. The food was delicious - even the buffets! There is a private beach you can take a ferry to, or take the kayak - it's about .25 miles off the beach and can see it from the resort. It's only available for resort guests. The beach on the one side of the island is beautiful, quiet and it's breathtaking to look out and just see clear blue water - and sometimes in the distance, you can see cruise ships.
We took a bus tour to Atlantis that Sandals set up for us to tour the casinos and aquarium as well as a separate bus trip to do the dolphin swimming, but you have to schedule that before you even go on the trip.
As for food - they are so many restaurants, it's hard to choose what one to eat at. The food is delicious at all of them. We didn't get to go to the french one, but we ate at the caribbean style one, japanese one, italian one, american one, beach one, sandals cove one, etc.
FM me with any questions, or if you want to see pictures.

Re: Sandals Bahamas
I love love love Sandals Bahamas. You have to go LOL.. Im an all inclusive groupie I think The bahamas is sooo beautiful. Hop on the bus that stops outside the entrance and take it downtown to the flea markets and shop till you drop...and definately take the ferry across to Atlantis!!.. and SB does have an island you can go across as mentioned.
