Where do you run
If it is pouring out and you don't have access to a gym or treadmill? Do you just skip for the day? It is supposed to be rainy (bad rainy) all week here in MD...

I only run outside. If its not that bad, then i'll run in the rain, otherwise I just skip that day. I've been lucky with the weather during the couch 2 5k, I've only had to switch up my schedule once due to rain. If its supposed to rain everyday, try to wait for it to lighten up and then get out there!

Nah, after the rain it's just, um, puddly. (Huh. My spell check didn't underline "puddly" in red. Is that a word?)
It's sometimes REALLY humid, though, right after a rain and you'll be out there wishing you'd gone an hour earlier and actually run through the rain.

Thats great! Its actually raining here in NY today, but it was just misting this morning, so it wasn't bad at all.
