Anyone cook Monkfish?

My dh and I love monkfish...we like it b/c the taste resembles lobster (I believe its referred to as "poor man's lobster ) Anyway I made it twice already this month and both times it just didnt come out right. It ends up tasting more like/and having the consistancy of a flaky fish. I baked it in the oven and then broiled it for a bit. Any tips?

i usually make it with shrimps i sautee it in olive oil and lots of garlic then i add the shrimp some white wine and some chunky tomato sauce.. oregano salt and pepper it comes out really good
