Gilt Group

Has anyone not received an order from them. I ordered a cute black dress on April 22nd and I still haven't received it. I emailed once and the response was I'm so sorry we will ship out your SHOES as soon as possibe...ummm hello I never ordered shoes. Then I emailed again clarifying that it was a dress. Still nothing. Now I emailed for a 3rd time yesterday and I have yet to hear back. I will call today if I don't receive an email but how annoying

ETA: They never charged my card. Should I just end all hope on receiving this???? It stinks because i REALLY wanted this....

I've never had a problem with Gilt. I have gotten my purchases literally in the following 2 days after placing my order.

I'd call them and find out what the issue is..

I hope they still have the dress for you...

Thanks. I just spoke with them. I can't get it anymore there is an inventory problem. They gave me a credit for my troubles.
