Puppy Allergic to a Cat
Is it possible that my puppy could be allergic to my MIL & FILs cat? Everytime I bring my puppy over thier house & she goes by where the cat lives in the basement she starts to cough.

Yes. When we had my dog allergy tested, one of the things that came back positive on her skin test was an allergy to cats.
ETA: I don't know about the coughing though, since my dog's allergies just make her itch.
