has anyone seen this site? very cool!
not only can you view homes for sale, you can also see how much homes were sold for in any area!
ETA: I saw a house that DH and I looked at and it sold for $40K BELOW asking. had we known we had a shot at it for that price, we may have considered it

that is a cool site but it looks incomplete.
I checked for homes in my area within the last year that sold between 400k and 600k and it came up with 2 homes.
Hopefully soon it will get more populated with more stuff.
But very cool site-thanks
