I just wanted to say, that Dr. BRaverman really went above and beyond for me...a former patient...and he offered to do it free of charge.

Its a long story really. But basically he offered to TREAT and MONITOR me free of charge if my isurance company did not pay. NOt to mention all his e-mails and follow-up phone calls after I left his care.
