Landscapers
How much do you pay annually for a pro landscaper. Not for special stuff but just for the regular stuff, mowing, edging, blowing, seeding, fertilizing spring and fall cleanup.
Also, please include the size of your property.
Thanks!

Re: Landscapers
i have an acre but my grass is still coming in. We were charged 450 for seeding and fertilizer, and 40 dollars every week for a mow. All we have is grass though.

Re: Landscapers
We use Witcomb Landscaping, not sure of the price, but they do great work and were very reasonable compared to a lot of the other lawn places we priced. Been using them for about 4 yrs and no complaints. HTH

Re: Landscapers
We live not far from you and our landscapers do cleanups, fertilizing and pest control (regarding the yard) as well as cleanups and our sprinkler maintenance and they do lawn mowing, etc...it's costing us around $1600 this year..I called a couple of other recommended places around here and they all came in about the same price for the same amount of work...I think you want less than we get, so proportionally, it should cost less...we use Dual County Landscaping, but I called Ruggia and TLC (total lawn care) as well...all seemed capable...

Re: Landscapers
we got a quote from a landscaper and it seems too cheap. My other landscaper came to about $1900 a year. We have almost no property compared to some. It's a strange shaped lot with no backyard so I didn't think I should pay that much.
This other guy came in at around $1100..that's way better but I want to make sure it's apples to apples.
Weekly mowing..etc. Pesticide applications seeding and fertilizing spring and fall clean ups
He's already cheaper on the weekly maintenance so I'm waiting for him to call back so I can make sure it's exactly what I had before.
We really have a very small property.

Re: Landscapers
we hire a landscaper for mom's yard.. her yard is a little over an acre, and has many 'obstacles' (they charge more for yards with many things to mow around like patios, flowers and shrubs, becuase it obviously takes longer than neat straight rows done by the mower every week)
for weekly mowing, edging, and blowing it costs $50/week. I think the fall clean-up ( partially wooded lot, many garden patches) was $800.... can't recall what the fertilizing fees are
our current gardener is VERY reasonably priced.... we were paying $60/week 20 years ago .... probably becuase of those obstacles
