Funky fashionistas...like Skew, Bunnywife and anyone else who likes funky clothes

Yay or nay? I know it's not everyone's style...but if I'm going for funky what do you think?

(I don't like it open with the shirt she is wearing)

But do you think it would go well with a smooth, solid color top and jeans? For going out or dressed up for work?

Yeah, I like it open but not on her...I think it makes her stomach look big but I think that is the top she is wearing underneath.

I love it, but not with pants like that, the pants are too frumpy for the jacket

well i would try it on first, but i know that even though i love it, it would bunch out too much in front if i put it on. and it would not lay right, even if it was open.

i am a 34DDD FTR - i am ALL boob Chat Icon

I just think between the print and how the material lays, you would have to be pretty stick-thin and tall to pull this off...jmo...but yes, totally try it on first! Chat Icon

I am NOT a very funky dresser but I think it's a really cute top. I like to have a few different looking things like this one to spruce up more classic pieces.

Although the colored stones on the top kind opf limit you with the rest of outfit... I just noticed them.

it would definitely go with a solid top and pants or skirt. it's a little too bold and busy for my taste. i prefer more of a bohemian trendy style. i have a feeling you might grow tired of it after a few wears.

what are you in search of? jacket or cardigan?

Yeah, you may be right. I decided not to order it since the fit may be bad on me.

I put you in the title because I always love what you buy and find them to be interesting and cool pieces.

It's cute! I think it would look best on someone with really small boobs since it loks like a maternity shirt otherwise since the boobage causes it to stick out.

Re: Funky fashionistas...like Skew, Bunnywife and anyone else who likes funky clothes

we are the same height although VERY different bra size Chat Icon it is SO difficult for me to find clothes that fit. i am an xs in juniors and a 0p in womens. the items in petite sections are very limited so i am often forced to buy juniors. however, ATL is pretty much a staple store for me. used to like BR but not too fond of their IMO boring apparel.

dress pants NEVER fit regardless of size since i have no stomach, hips or butt. i stick with cargos and jeans for pants. 90% of the time i wear dresses and skirts because they just (depending on cut and style) seem to fit me best. i also ALWAYS wear heels. probably psycholigical but i feel they really elongate my body and they force me to stand and sit straight. ANYWAY, what exactly are you looking for or are you just looking to look?

for cute and funky clothes, check out,
Urban Outfitters
Free People
Anthropologie
National Jean Company

although i am embarrassed to admit, joyce leslie is a great place for cheap graphic tees and tanks.

I am into funky clothing, and while I love the print, I am not a fan of the cut of this piece. It even makes the model look larger on top, which is never a good sign!
