what is your memorial day/ weekend
appetizer menus? need some easy ideas!
so far i have bacon wrapped chestnuts! so good!

I am making kelbase....I don't have a real name for it but it is soooo good and I was asked to bring it to a party.
2 kelbase
1/2 cup red wine
3T gravy master
3T chopped garlic
-Cut kelbase into bite size pieces and place in baking pan. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or so til brown. (it usually takes more like 15 I think) Mix other ingredients and pur over klebase. Scrape up the little bits in the the bottom and mix everything up in the pan.
-Put it back in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes til bubbly and brown.
