I know you can get the No Pudge Brownie mix at Trader Joes, but I think Waldbaum has them now too. They are good!

Ok, for WW, its a brownie mix box, and add a can of black beans.
What I did was rinse the black beans, added 1/2 can of water and puree it. Then added that to mix, mix together and spread it into a 13x9 pan.
Bake, 30 min, cut into squares one brownie=2pts
and they are good!

Re: No Pudge Brownies
Beans and brownies do not seem like a good mix to me ... even if I liked beans!

Re: No Pudge Brownies
Ok so I bought them and tried last night! The coolest thing is that I only wanted to try a little bit and not make a whole batch of brownies--so all I had to do was put 2 tablespoons of the brownie mix w/ 1 tablespoon of non-fat yogurt, mix and put in microwave for 1 minute! THEY'RE DELICIOUS!

What did you microwave the mix in? a cup? I have no idea how to make a single serving of a brownie but I'd like to try..

Re: No Pudge Brownies
I put it in a little microwavable tupperware bowl. I mixed the ingredients in there and just stuck it in the microwave. I really didn't know how it was going to turn out but it litterally puffed up and tasted just like a brownie!
