We use the disposable liners so we don't disgard the bottle itself. However at around 4 months we switched from stage 1 to stage 2 nipples, so we don't use the old ones anymore. Also we probably have 10+ bottles between our house, FILs house, and daycare so it's not like we used the same nipple every day anyway.
