Survey For Fence
Does anyone know how I would be able to get a copy of the fence survey (if I am even using the correct terms)
Apparently when we closed on the house 6 months ago we never received it and we are thinking of putting a new fence up.
We left our real estate attorney a couple of voicemails and he emailed us and said when he gets a chance..

The retarded attorney finally emailed me a copy

Our fence is marked on our property survey that the Town has a copy of. Since you closed recently, you should have gotten a copy of your survey.

Our is on our property survey. Are you sure you didn't get it? It's not as "official" looking as you would think. Ours was a very abstract series of lines that was sent to us by e-mail. I believe they gave us another copy at closing.
