How many trays?
How many trays of sausage and peppers should I make for a party of approximately 50 people. This is for my nephews christening and it will be at my house. We will also be catering some food in. I have never cooked for that big of a party before so I am unsure. TIA
ETA: We will also be having a Chicken Francese, Baked Ziti, Eggplant Rollatini and a Hero, and Salad

It really depends on what else you are going to be serving and how many other entrees there is going to be. . .

They trays that go in the sterno’s 2 per sterno. Does that make sense?

being your having all the other food , id say one tray. ( two small ones in the large sterno) ,, get some mini club rolls too ,,
