I'm sorry you're feeling like this. We have all been there. 11dpo is a little early to test though. And, from experience, I can tell you that feeling the signs of AF approaching isn't foolproof.
Now that they have uncovered more of your issues, you need to try to think of it not as "one more thing that didn't work," but instead as "one step closer to finding out what WILL work."
