5K runs on Long Island??
Just wondering what races are popular, or good for beginners. Also, are there any sites that list all races on Long Island, along with how to register for them? TIA!

This is for the summer series at Eisenhower Park. I have done it in the past and there are people of all ability levels.

If you go to active.com, put in your zip code, it will give you a list of 5K's in your area.
