Replacement shoelace for Coach shoe
Ok so Coach does not sell replacement shoelaces
but the lace on my flat was ripped off my shoe the other day...Where can I get a shoe lace? Its not an ordinary lace, its really wide.

Try calling the stores/outlets to see if you can purchase it.

I would send it back to be repaired. They seem to have very good customer service from what I have heard on this site.

Do you think they would just sell me the lace? The woman at Coach customer service didn't even recommend that...just said to bring it to a shoemaker or a leather worker?

Just curious, did you call a store or the repair center? I'm surprised the repair center wouldn't have the lace, that suckkks!
Go to a reputable shoe repair place. THey usually have tons of different kinds of laces.
